- Review and approve end of year transfers from various departments to snow and ice account
- Review and accept Conservation Restriction from the Sullivan family for 252 West Berlin Road (Brian Berube)
- Discussion regarding DPW spraying Conservation trails
- Execute the Lease Agreement between the Town of Bolton and the Conservation Trust, Inc. for the Houghton Building
